Membership
Types
The following membership types are
available:
- FAMILY
($25/month OR $300/year)
- SINGLE
($18/month OR $216/year)
- STUDENT
($15/month OR $180/year)
Payment of ICM membership dues can
be made in either of the two following ways:
- Pay
the annual amount in one lump sum using cash, check or credit card.
- Pay
through monthly automatic deductions from your bank account.
