Services we provide:
Prevention of illness and promotion of health through obtaining medical history, physical exams, assessing health status, treatment of various medical conditions, providing annual check-ups, well child care and patient education
Diagnosis of problems presented at the medical clinic by taking health histories, doing appropriate physical exams.
Acute care for minor injuries or illnesses.
Counseling regarding questions or concerns that patients may have about their physical health.
Referral of patients to medical specialists, testing (imaging, etc.) at Hennepin County Medical Center.
Referral and follow-up treatment to patients who require hospitalization, emergency room care, assisted living or home health care.
Wellness and education
Shadow opportunities for high school & College students.
Services we do NOT provide:
Refill on pain medications
See patients with chest pains. Patients with chest pains are recommended to immediately visit their local emergency/urgent care.
Hours of Operations:
Sundays: 11am – 1pm
First Saturday: 11am – 1pm
*Outside of the clinic’s hours of operations, in case of medical emergency, please use your local hospital or urgent care.
No appointments needed for Al-Shifa clinic, first come, first serve basis.
